DS V.S. GASTRIC BYPASS

 I had my DS with anothr Nashville Doc, Dr. Houston. Correct me if I'm wrong, but have you had the sleeve portion already? Vets does she need to make sure she has a surgeon who can do revisions? Are either of these doctors on the list of revisionist?

I chose the DS for many of the reasons stated and also because I wanted to keep my pyloric valve. I also have friends that have had the gastric bypass most of them have gained most of their weight back. Do your research and make the best decision for you.

Since you've already got a Sleeve, you're half-way to a DS already. Adding the Switch would be far more simple, and involve less recovery time.

And---the DS has the vry best long-term, maintained weight loss, period.

If u can handle the vitamin demands and commit to that- the ds is a far superior tool in helping one get to a healthy weight and maintain that loss w ease and get rid of a host of obesity related ailments. Do some research and cut once or not at all.
