***Monday Bites, Vites & Exercites***
Weightloss Mode:
B: 2 eggs scrambled with 1/3c cheese, and 5 pieces of thick cut bacon
S: Grapes
L: catfish, 10 pieces of fried okra and 1/3 c. of corn salad
S: Grape tomatoes
D: the filling of chicken enchiladas
S: Pork Rhinds, getting ready to have some greek yogurt
Fluids: 100 oz
Vites: getting ready to take my bed time set
Exercize: 30 minutes of cardio
If my spelling or lack there of annoys anyone I appologize now. Thanks for always being here. I had to order some vites today from Vitalady so I ordered some protein samples.

Off work due to holiday, catching up on sleep.
4 fried eggs with cheese
Back to bed
Bowl of 6 Tbsp toaseted hemp seed and 2 T ground flax heated up in 1/2 & 1/2 like a hot cereal with butter and a little brown sugar splenda and a handful of frozen wild blueberries.
Back to bad
Toasted cheese sandwich very heavy on the sharp cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup tomato soup
Recliner in front of TV, dosing off and on
Piece of ham steak
in recliner
Green beans with pcs of ham and potatoes and lots of butter
back to bed
Bubba burger dipped in mayo
in recliner
another bowl of green beans
Yogurt with flax and chia seed
fell asleep in recliner and went to bed about 3 hrs later
all vites in!
No exercites rxcept getting in and out of bed or chair and walking tokitch and back.

RNY to DS 210 lbs gone for 5 years.
Now it's Syntrax Nectar vanilla for my coffee, with a packet of Truvia and a dash of cinnamon. It used to be IDS vanilla-cinnamon until they changed the formula to something other than whey protein isolate as the first ingredient.
