Would it be bad to do most of my day (minus dinner) as protein shakes?  Had a vet emergency this morning and ran out the door with the dog but without any of my containers.  But I have shake mixes at work....

Nice variety today. Green beans and hummus...interesting.

Give those sore puppies a nice long soak and massage--you'll be back to 10,000 steps before you know it. : )

Busy weekend and busy Monday! What's new.
Going to Dallas Wednesday through Sunday. First time I'm going to travel without all my protein shake stuff. I feel almost "normal".
Have you used coconut flour in anything?

B: bacon, 2 protein shakes

L: turkey and Swiss on 1 slice WW bread, 2 pickles

D: fish, leftover veggies from yesterday's pot roast

lol  I take all my protein shake powders when I travel. Nobody better come between me and my shakes. The Soldiers overseas use protein shakes like crazy, I don't feel abnormal at all using them.  ; )

I haven't tried coconut flour yet, only coconut oil.

 I've only used it in frittata muffins--generally a tbs or two to give the eggs 'fluff'. I've not used it as the sole source of flour.
