 I did not feel like I was getting enough yesterday. I did add a protein shake before bed. I thought maybe by typing it out it would look better, but it did not to me. LOL 

I am trying to be good. Hate all the candy in the store for Halloween... I have resisted so far....and I am trying hard to resist. It has now been a month since I had a Root beer as well.

 Weightloss mode: 
B: 2 scrambled eggs w/1/4 cu cheese, 4 slice of thick cut bacon
L: Brok's Pizza
S: Apple
D: pulled pork and a corn muffin (the muffin was an endulgence & produced the gas to prove it)
S: more pulled pork
   hand full of grape tomatoes

Protein: 139 grams
Fluids: 70 oz
Vites: All in but bed time
Exercise: None.

 It was pretty sweet and I'm sure had some white flour in it.

So much for the sleep the entire weekend away plan.  GF visited we went out (but avoided the farmer's market) and we ate. A lot.

Protein drink with SF inst Chos pudding added
2 McD breakfast burritoes without most of tortilla
1/3 cup toasted hemp seeds
Another McD burritos without most of tortilla.
summer sausage, beef and cheese. with toothpicks not crackers
Ribeye sandwich without the bread
raw veggies and delicious southwestern dip made from sour crean and mayo
Roast beef with carrots and potatoes. 
More Roast beef and some corn
1 pc cheese cake with homemade peach topping

All vites in.

Excercites: lots of walking and walking and walking today.  No hooping.  By end of day exhausted again. 


RNY to DS  210 lbs gone for 5 years.
