Very chilly here, but enjoyable. Wish I had some winter clothes that fit. LOL.

S: apple, cheese (first apple I've eat in 2 years!)

I love this time of year too!  ^_^  Sounds like some retail therapy is in order. I'm glad you're able to enjoy some of your seasonal favorite foods now.

 Weightloss Mode: I hit the 100 lb mark today. It has been 144 days. That is like .7 of a lb a day. CRAZY

B: McDonalds Steak, Egg and Cheese bagel, no bagel
S:1/2 c. almonds
L: Bacon and tomato wrapped with lettuce
S: Smoked sausage, apple
D: Shrimp & broccoli

Only got in 105 grams of protein. Not good
Fluids: 80 oz
Vites: All but bed time in
Exercise: Shopped til we dropped

Excellent and congratulations!  Bites look good, maybe you can make up the protein today.

E 19,000 steps!!! Yes that's not a typo, I went to central London w DH & some of the tube stops weren't working so we walked. Plus I walked to get my breakfast instead of driving. It was a very hectic day (hence my only posting now) and my protein was a little low for what I like, but I guess 111 is OK for a bad day

 It was another day out and about with our MINI Cooper club. We drove about 300 miles round trip and here's what I had for the day ...

B: double scoop protein shake (yay!)
L: lots of protein, including pulled pork, hot link sausage, ribs and chicken with potato chips--though they called them ribbon fries. 
D: nachos with beef at the mexican restaurant, cheese, sour cream and guac on each bite.

I also had 2.5 glasses of wine through the day as we were at wineries and doing tastings.

A good day overall---I even managed to get all my vites in. I struggle on these trips because my schedule is off. Yesterday though, I aced it! I think because we were so scheduled yesterday and things went according to plan. I like when that happens.
