Day not as busy,but still feel exhausted. Need a weekend of rest..
Bites:
Cinnamon bun with lots of butter
2 McDoubles with extra onions, combined and tossed one set of buns making one sandwich
McFlurry - this gave me the foamies!! Strange because that never happens to me.
Ground Turkey and refried beans
Green salad with lots of cheese
Protein drink with Ground flax seed and chia seeds.

Vites: done

Excites:
walked just 1.2 miles
hooped continuaoulsy thru Big Bang Theroy without dropping!!

Yes, there was a reaction: very uncomfortable bloat and then, finally, lots of loudness.

Was craving cinnamon rolls but this one was dry and unsatisfying  (supplied free at work).  Lots of butter often helps so it was slathered.  
2 McDoubles was 4 patties of meat on one hamburger bun with the edges torn off - it always creates some bloat and noise but not sickness and has a lot of protein for a fast food sandwich which is available everywhere you go. Still depends on what is going on that day or night as to whether this will go in my mouth.
McFlurry - Only had three sips and it started coming up in foam so I tossed it. 

Been so busy at work during the day and so busy at night with new relationship - not taking time to be more prepared.  Hope life settles down soon.

Total - 113
Not as good as it has been, but yesterday was insanely busy.

Fluids in, missed evening calcium.
