So far ..

- Double-scoop coffee protein shake with cream---used vanilla today, reminded me of a vanilla latte from sbux. Yum.
- 2 cheesy & beefy frittata muffins (see link below)
- 1 corn tortilla rolled up with mexican beef and cheese
- handful sour cream and onion chips
- can of soup
- potatoes, gravy and hamburger (affectionately known as gravy train)
- small glass of wine

 Normally I use double chocolate since that's my preferred protein flavor. It's the ON 100% Gold Whey and I've been loving/using it for almost 5 years now without changing flavors. My bf swears if I buy vanilla he'll start drinking them to supplement his own eating. I bought vanilla and tried it the way I normally made my protein coffee and it's ... not bad. I still love my double chocolate. :)

All liquids in, awaiting evening calcium.

LONG day/eveningymesterday and still exhausted. Planning to get my annual labs done a couple of weeks Got the labslip from Dr. K's office. Thinking about flying out to see him for my 2 year check.....can't believe it's been almost that long.

Aww...I hope you get to rest more in the next few days. Good idea to go out to see Dr K for your 2 year follow-up. My surgeon said he wanted to see me after I'd had a surgery post-DS too.

toppings off 2 slices of pizza.  only ate the top edge of the crust from 1 slice
macadamia nuts
2 milky way minis

Ok, I want to hear your plan for avoiding the post-Halloween candy bowls. ; )  We had so few kids last year I'm thinking there might be fewer this year but that doesn't stop people from bringing their leftovers or their kids' unwanted treats to work.
