AquaADEK Anyone tried?
For a DS'er they just don't have enough nutrients to make it worth it. The amount we'd have to do in a day makes the cost astronomical. I take 150k iu of A in a day, 100k IU of D ..... you get the idea.
Most of us buy the ADEK vitamins separate so we can tweak them according to our labs.

This question comes up all the time. Bottom line, they're useless for us. They sound perfect, as they contain the right things for us, but they contain so little of each that they are useless. If anything, they provide a false sense of security because you think you are doing the right thing, but you aren't.
As Tali said, you will need to take the dry forms of the fat soluble vitamins separately, and in doses that would be excessive for a normal person but not excessive, in fact necessary, for someone with malaborption. Might as well start now - it's much easier to maintain good levels than it is to catch up once they drop. And they will.

Wish there was an easier way but at least there IS a way and it is a small price to pay for losing weight, imo. Hang in there.

You just posted a similar question 2 days ago, to which you received numerous very good, intelligent responses.
You still have yet to post what your labs are. Without knowing that, all the advice is useless, quite frankly.
Your vitamin dosages depend on your labs. I'll repeat that, because I don't know if you're ignoring this or just not reading it: YOUR VITAMIN DOSAGES DEPEND ON YOUR LABS.
Your labs.
Everyone's labs are different. We each take different amounts of the "ADEK" vitamins. No DSer can survive long term taking a generic, all-inclusive, all-in-one ADEK. Sooner or later, you will become dangerously deficient in one or all of them.
Please, ButterflyHope, do your research. You're scaring me.

In this post, I was asking specifically if anyone used this. It's from Dr K's website.
I will get my labs in 3 weeks, then I will be able to see.
I was perfectly fine with all of my labs prior to surgery. I am anxious to get my labs to see.
I have taken many individual vitamins every month for years. I need a good multi to go with this surgery. It's different now, I have a very hard time getting them down. The A & Biotin are the easiest ones for me!
Anyhoo... Just wanted to know if anyone took them...

Read the label - they're insufficient and overpriced.
You're better off piecing the A,D,E and K seperately in dosages more suitable for DSers.
Give up on bariatric branding - just get what you need and don't spend a fortune looking for an all-in-one.

I considered those, but after doing some research, and finding that they were originally intended for children with cystic fibrosis and intestinal disorders, I decided to go with separate, high-potency A-D-E-K vitamins. They are more easily adjusted up or down, according to what your labs say.
Take them with a little warm broth..that will help break them down in your stomach.
