You really do decide what you're having ahead of time don't you!! I kinda do, but the minor parts get decided as I go along. Subway was a surprise today, a nice change though.

B 2 PB cookies 18
S Fromage frais 20
S Salt & vinengar flavour peanuts (12.5g) 7

L Subway chicken salad w cheese 30
S Green beans & houmous 3
D Chili w lots of grated cheese 35

E 40 minute walk at lunch 9,000 steps

Very good! And, I'm impressed by your steps every day. 

The older I get the more entrenched in routine I get, otherwise I'd forget my head if it weren't attached.

My secret is to not take any lunch to work, then I HAVE to go out at lunch. I do still take a lot of snacks with me though

I still feel like I should doing more... But so long as I don't stall. I always think 'this is the week I'm gonna stall'

So far:

Pure Protein shake while getting ready for work - 23g
B - Turkey chili, no beans, and cheese - 20g
S - 1/2 Fresh & Easy BBQ/bacon/cheese patty - 13g
L - Steak - 21g
S - Protein Shake - 26g
moment of weakness - 3g
D - to be determined

Having a horrid day at work (can we say hostile work environment?  my boss is an ass) so I caved and had 2 fun-size snickers.  And I can't stand sweet stuff.  grrrrrrrrrr

On the plus side:  106g protein so far today.

Multivitamin, iron, morning calcium done.

Almost done with my 2nd 32oz bottle of water.

Does coughing and stress count as exercise?  If so, I got it covered.

Ugh...I hate when bosses cause stress--they have no people skills and shouldn't be bosses.

Even with the Snickers, I ended up with 158g of protein.  Too many calories tho, 1417.  Won't do that again, not worth it. 

AND...Finally broke the 30 pounds down mark.  So excited!!

Crazy busy at work right now and got stuck in traffic on the bridge today.  Good thing Hemp Hearts were in the car!

2 cold fried eggs with cheese and mayo.
maybe a cup of hemp hearts
McDouble X2 minus one of the buns
McFlurry, snack size, only ate half because it caused foamies
Plan on rosemary chicken from Trader Joes for supper then the usual yogurt with flax/chia seeds

Vites/meds/calcium caught up

Lemonade, ice tea

Walked 2.5 miles
Have more appts this evening so might miss hooping again.  :(

Hubby is home from the hospital, just a virus. Thank you Lord.

L: 6 chicken nuggets, 1/3 of a small fry
S: Chicken salad
D: Shrimp

Vites: beginning bed time batch
Fluids: 80 oz
Exercise: spent most of the day in the car taking my mom home. She couldn't have waited another 24 hours. UGHHHHHH
