I found some recipes on DSFacts.

Where do you find recipes for us?

I picked up some Sonoma Chicken Salad at Whole Foods today.  I skipped the grapes but ate the rest (except celery).  I always loved this before surgery.  It tasted great today.

Thanks!

Atkin recipes are good at times.

I also like
http://www.genaw.com/lowcarb/

focus on high protein, low carb. I use http://www.howmuchprotein.com/foods/ sometimes as well.

start googling and you will find a lot of options.

Any low-carb recipe site works. LowCarb Friends has a huge recipe forum.

WE DSers don't really need recipes---just take any recipoe and add more protein and fat, cut the carbs.

Like---spaqetti sauce. Make it as read, just don't eat the noodles. (*grin*)

Honestly I dont do a diet. I just make sure I eat my protein. Here is one of my favorites though:

Southwest chicken

3 boneless chicken breasts
1 8 oz block cream cheese
1 small jar of pace picante sauce
2 can of southwest corn

Put this all in a crock pot and cook high for 6 hours or until the chicken shreds. OMG it is awesome. I add a cup of white Minute rice to it and hour before its ready. It is awesome.
