Hi all!

Here we go...

B - Turkey chili, no beans, with cheese - 17
L - Steak - 21
D - Shrimp (4), cheese, 1 slice bacon - 16
S - Protein shakes (4) - 79

I feel like I had too many protein shakes but they were spread out during the day, easier to sit at my desk and drink than it is to try to eat.

All liquids and vitamins in, woohoo!

Gonna go back to scrambled eggs for breakfast for a while as I'm getting bored AGAIN. It'll be full English breakfast at the pub on the weekend again though... yum

Eggs at breakfast is a great idea and will help keep your albumin levels up on your labs. Go for it!

Tali I eat alot of cheese and have yet to have a constipation problem. I try and drink more than 100 oz of water a day, very little to no caffiene and I get my veggies in. I also try and keep my fat at least 75 grams a day.

Major Mom: yes, some stress eating. Really trying work on it and had I not had you guys it would have been more and I wouldn't have gotten my protein in. Knowing you all are here and concerned about my proper nutrition keeps me going. Thank You.
