Plan to just get through the day here with no big changes. Don't want to know my carb totals - sounds scary!

So far today:
3 fried eggs, 2 pcs cheddar cheese
2 cans tuna in New England Clam Chowder soup with the potatoes picked out (the potatoes make up half of the can of soup!
2 indiviual snack size containers of chocolate pudding
Chicken with feta cheese and ripe olives and green beans.

Drinking fresh homemade lemonade today - made with a bunch of lemons we picked yesterday and Splenda.  Yummy!
One lemonade with spiked with vodka

meds and vites all in

2.5 mile walk
no hooping - first day since I started that I missed practicing  :(

RNY to DS  210 lbs gone for 5 years.

I won't do the carb count every day, just wanted to see that I could do it.

Your Bites look great and sound yummy too.

I have spent the day at the er with my hubby who was admitted this afternoon. We thought he had a stroke but the MRI was clear so now they are testing for insefilitis and other viruses.
B: 3-4 sausage patties friend with two eggs and 1/3 cup of cheese
L: Ham
S: Bananna
D: 1 cup chicken breast, 4 TS cheese dip, 12 chips and salsa
S: Krispy Cream donut
I lost another 2 pounds this morning so down 97 pounds.

Fluids: 70 oz
Vites: only 3 of 4 batches in
Exercise: Walking all over the hospital
Absolutely exhausted, but feel pretty good about how well I did for the unexpected day.

I'm sorry about your hubby's trip to the ER. I hope everything gets sorted out ASAP.

Looks like you needed to keep your energy up and I see a little stress eating, which is totally understandable. Hang tough.
