A lot of clients (non DS patients) find that they lose much more easily (or even break their stalls) by eliminating nuts and legumes (such as peanuts).  Just a heads up.  I think you're doing great.

Weightloss Mode

B: leftover pork chop & 1/2 cup mashed taters
S: Grape tomatoes, a grande breve, sf mocha from Starbucks, YUMMO
L: 2 string cheese, 3 oz of lunch meat, 2 oz of cashews
D: 2 slices of Brok's pizza (I burnt it around the edges tonight. Not happy with myself)
S: Pumpkin pie

Fluids: 80 oz
Vites: All in
Exercise: Walking and working around the house all day

Crazy day here with ladyfriend's family and birthday events and gorgeous Bay Area weather.  Bites suffered big time, tho.

3 egg omlet with ham and swiss cheese
2 cheese sticks
2 extra big hotdogs (7-11 variety) and only one bite of bun.
small bag of microwarve popcorn
yogurt with flax seed chia seed.

2 big mugs hot tea, one bottle water, one bottle dt cola.

vites: complete

exercites: nice long walk.  hula hooped 3 times for short period.

RNY to DS  210 lbs gone for 5 years.

Tough day for me yesterday but I pushed through it and accomplished a lot.

B: protein coffee shake (53 grams)
S: ham & cheese rolled up together (2 slices ham 1 slice muenster)
L: 6 bites of the blandest potato salad known to man along with a dozen bites of the yuckies BBQ pork I've had. Blech.
S: small piece of carrot cake (I needed sugar badly, bs crash)
D: 2 chicken strips and fries at Red Robin doused in ranch.

I didn't eat enough food, my head repayed me with a headache all day and I was outside running around all day. I was in dire need of food all day. I came prepared but didn't have the time to go eat it.
