Are you trying Paleo then? They cut out dairy don't they? I'd cry if I couldn't have that I choose goat's products, lactofree or fermented so I get lots of dairy in

Actually, I'm not Orthodox Paleo but Reformed. lol  I try to follow the doctrine on this link paleodietlifestyle.com/place-of-dairy-on-paleo-diet/ .  It's really just a effort on my part for us to eat along the general guidelines the best we can. We aren't fundamentalists or anything. : )

Hi Gina,
Volleyball tournament went 12 hrs and our team won! Long day!
Today I tried to rest and recup!

Today ... oh it's been so long already!

B: 1/2 a protein shake (my usual)
B2: 3/4 of a breakfast sandwich from JIB (ham, bacon, sausage, egg and cheese)
S: a cup of mixed nuts, really? that many? !!
S: ham & cheese rollup (2 slices ham & 1 slice cheese)
L: 3 chicken strips
D: 1/2 a protein shake (from this morn)


Huh ... today has been pretty good protein wise! YAY!

Weightloss Mode
B: little pit of crustless quich, protein coffee
L: gumbo (homemade by my crazy cajun husband), hot dog w/out bun, 1 no-bake cookie and one brownie. This was all eaten over 1.5 hours
D: Tuna fish salad
S: 2 oz of pork chop, piece of pumpkin pie

I only had 99 grams of protein. That can't happen more than once every couple of weeks.

Fluids: 80 oz
Vites: All in
Exercise: Walked the grounds of church and didn't get out of breath. I love my new energy.

i know i am in vacation mode, but seriously, if i keep up eating every carb insight i will have to lose some unwanted poundage. not to mention airing out a very stinky house. 

this should be posted "what not to eat"
pop tart
pumpkin donut
3 milky way minis
corn bread
fried apples
mashed potatoes

here is what i did manage to eat that was good
3 double protein coffees
pickled egg
macadamia nuts
rotisserie chicken breast
meatloaf
sausage/cheese/jalapeno dip w/chips

vites and fluids -  all good

3 fried eggs and 2 slices cheddar cheese
1 dorito taco supreme from taco bell
combined 2 McDoubles with extra onions ($1 ea) into a "McQuadruple" and tossed the extra bun.
3 pcs drk chocolate
Chicken with mushroom and artichoke hearts, a few carrots a couple bites of cornbread
1 pc chocolate meringue pie
yogurt with ground flax seed and chia seeds.

All meds/vites

2 mile walk, lots of hula hooping - made a collapsable hoop that I can take to work with me!

RNY to DS  210 lbs gone for 5 years.
