Missing a vit b 1 per vitalady list?

I decided to dig out my list from vitalady and confirm I am filling my container correctly and when I got to the evening slot I am missing the vit B-1. I order 6 months supply so I am sure I am confused as vitalady order is complete. Can any one tell me if I am misreading what should be in there. If not what does the pill look like and if I run out and get a replacement over the weekend do I need to be concerned if it is wet or dry blah blah blah. Sorry this is the reason why I love vitalady as it takes the need for brains out of the equation and it is worth every penny for the convenience they provide. If any one can help I would greatly appreciate it.

all B vitamins are water soluble so don't worry about that. can't help with your other questions

Here's the Vitalady list that was up to date in 2010. I don't remember B1 being on there as separate since 2007. Her separate B1 is a nasty sublingual. Unfortunately, I need it separate so I buy capsules of B1 from VitaminShoppe.

You're probably o****il you can get some definitive labs for your B vitamins. There's B1 in the B-complex.

Thank you. For what ever reason when I take the vit with jus****er I am having problems with gagging on occasion not sure if that is normal? Trying to take them split up with my protein shakes but I am not drinking that many per day. I want to thank you as you have always been so helpful

Gaging on horse pills is normal. I switched most of mine to capsules, they are much easier to get down and I have more confidence that I get a better shot at absorbing them.

brilliant I do think that would go down easier. Can you get a multi vit in a capsule?............. I hate the smell.................... I know this is wrong but I have been taking gummy bears x 4

I take vitalady's Vita-Min capsule multi. They still stink...hold your nose. ; )
