OK, yesterday I didn't get that second protein shake in but had two cheese sticks instead. Not a great sub but passable.

Today:

B: Protein coffee (55gms)
L: Half a chicken breast

Glad it's the weekend. All day volleyball tournament tomorrow...end of the season.

B: bacon, 2 protein shakes
L: chilli, 3 cracker. Cookie
S:: pumpkin bread
D: polish sausage, potatoes and onions (ate too mush and got sick)

V: one batch left

E: work, errands and grocery shopping

Weightloss Mode: Down 95 pounds since May 15th
S: glass of oj with my iron
B: Crustless quiche
S: 2 slices pepper jack cheese & pepperoni
L: Chili dog w/cheese
S: 1/2 of a Gigi's cupcake (never again, gas was horrible)
D: Pork chop, 1/2 c. mashed taters, green beans
S: SF pudding to take my bed time vites

Fluids: 80 oz
Vites: All in except bedtime and getting ready to start those
Exercise: walked the mall without pain and without getting tired.
