Protein Shake Comparison (x-post)

Interesting information.  I was curious so I looked at the samples I have in my kitchen. None of them have taurine or creatine listed, even in the fine print.  The ones I looked at are: Click Mocha (regular and decaf), Unjury Chicken, Chike, Jay Robb, Bluebonnet and BioChem.  Sounds like it's a good thing that I haven't seen those ingredients in any yet.  But I'll keep my eyes open as I get more samples.

Thanks for sharing!  I plan to keep posting as I get more samples and start tasting some of these.

 I prefer Dymatize Elite

 Vitamin Shop, and on line.

Whey Isolates, no sucralose/Splenda, one scoop= 25g protein, 114 cal, 2 carb,calcium 180mg, sugar 0.
Elite has a digestive enzyme blend to help amplify absorbtion, and to make it more agreeable to lactose intollerance. Not gritty. Many flavors, blends easily with Fit & Fresh mini wand.

I really like that Dymatize might help with those who are lactose intolerant.  I hear that can become an issue post-DS.  Definitely adding this one to my list too.  Thanks!
