Hard time get office to call me Insurance

I have been preaproved done all my test I switch to a new surgeon 9/11. I was scheduled for surgery yesterday but insurance had not been finalized. Dr, office says they are waiting on insurance. Insurance says they are waiting on Dr. office. Finally insurance called Dr. Office and left them a message and they still have not called. Any suggestions????
