Bites:
B: Double scoop protein shake with heavy cream & coffee (52 grams)
L: Half bacon cheeseburger
1D: Can of soup (16 grams)
S: Double scoop protein shake with heavy cream & coffee (52 grams)
2D: half chicken breast and salad (25 grams)

That's the plan for today ... I'm sure it'll vary on some level but I want that second shake in there somehow.

Exercise is not really in my vocabulary .. I walked around Costco. Does that count?

Weight Loss Mode
B: 6 pieces of bacon, 1 small sausage patty, 2 eggs w/cheese
L: high protein taco salad
D: chili dog w/cheese of course

Vites: All but bed time are in
Fluids: 85oz plus
Exercise: 5 loads of laundry. I honestly didn't sit down today. I have finally reached the point of having the energy level of a "normal" person. I really don't want to sit down. I am seeing real exercise in my future.
