searching

Maybe 2 or 3 weeks ago someone posted instructions on how to effectively search the OH website.  Can't find it now -  It involved Google.  Can someone help me out? 

Looking for a list of labs.  Mine is inaccessible at the moment.  Thanks

If you go to google ... in the search bar:

ferritin site:http://www.obesityhelp.com/forums/ds/a,messageboard/

As an example of searching for ferritin on the DS forums.

iron site:http://www.obesityhelp.com

will search for iron on OH.com
