***Wednesday Bites, Vites & Exercites***

Bites:      have done a little better today avoiding carbs. So far, anyway.
3 eggs scrambled with cream and cheese
Beef vegetable soup
1 chicken cordon bleu
2 fried chicken drumsticks
2 cans tuna in bowl of cream of mushroom soup with cheese added
Handful of M&Ms with peanuts
Yogurt with flax and chia seed and large glass of water


Many cups of hot tea, one Dt cola

vites:
all except bedtime dose

exercites:
Hooped 20 minutes
Hooped thru rerun of Big Bang Theory  :D

My mom has been in town and life has been hectic.
Weight loss mode
B: 2 egg omlett w/cheese & ham couldn't quite fini**** all
S: Grape tomatoes
L: Avacado chicken salad
S: Pineapple & peaches
D: Medium Arby's roast beef no bun
S: Cheese slice with lunch meat

Fluids: 75 oz
Vites: missed supper about to take bed time, will probably stay up and extra hour watching Survivor and get in the missed dose.
Exercise: Girls, I just can't seem to get it together. I'm going to try a night time work out tomorrow.

On a fun note, my hair is falling out like crazy and looks like straw so I went and got it cut in the cutest pixie style cut. I must say I look good.

Double scoop protein shake with coffee/heavy cream
lasagna (4x4" sq)
two handfuls of chips (2 different kinds / times of day)
2 pieces of fudge
1/2 bacon cheeseburger dipped in ranch with onion rings

All vites and 100 or so oz of water.
