4 eggs scrambled with cream and cheese
cooked 12 pcs thick bacon - ate 3 pcs
bowl of hemp hearts and ground flax heated up in heavy cream with some br sugar
huge bowl homemade chicken soup with xtra chickem and butter on top.
12 bites size pcs chocolate
2 fried eggs and 3 pc bacon with lots of mayo sandwich
PBJ sandwich heavy on peanut butter
another bowl of chicken soup
one slice cantaloupe
3 slices bacon
cook & serve choc pudding, 1c heavy whp crm, 1c water with flax and chia seeds
large handful fritos
carrot sticks with goat cheese/cream cheese/pineapple dip

stopped drinking tea with sweetener - iced or hot.  had 1 large cup of plain hot tea. one 16oz bottle flat dt cola (I know it has sweetener but it was sitting in the fridge looking at me), then switched to water.

all meds and vits and calcium

hula hooped without dropping through all commericals during the Voice

Still way too many carbs - 4 pcs of bread!!  I love going to the farmers market on the weekend but need to stop it because I spend money on things I usually don't eat and then feel like I must eat them rather than waste them.  I guess it is my carb intake that is making me crazy hungry.  As soon as I eat something I'm wondering what and when I can eat next.

Again with the memory thing .. you'd think I'd start writing this down.

2 coffee proteins (scoops protein (50gms), coffee, and 1/2 cup cream each)
handful of pita chips with smoked gouda spread
a stray cooked lasagna noodle
3oz steak, 1/3 a sweet potato
3oz of cheddar with crackers
lasagna with a small side salad
1 square of fudge

Wow. It didn't feel like I ate that much yesterday but apparently I did. It's a little carb heavy with the crackers and noodles. I do this every so often and find it's OK for me. I don't make pasta at home often so I'll be having this lasagna over the next couple of days. I usually tone down the rest of the carbs when I have things like this at home.

Vitamins: all done .. very compliant with vitamins, started taking a liquid iron supplement recently so have had to figure out the best time for that. It recommends an empty stomach.
Water: easy peasy, I drink a minimum of 100oz a day
