DS review please
The alimentary limb carries the food.
The biliopancreatic limb carries the bile and digestive juices.
The common channel, also known as the common tract or common limb, is the point from where the alimentary and biliopancreatic limbs meet in the small intestine to where they move into the large intestine.

Adhesions.....any one that has had intestinal/bariatric surgery will have some adhesions. That's how your insides heals.
So if the b. limb/biliopancreatic limb is strangulated by adhesions then yes stagnation/blockage can accure resulting yadda yadda yadda......................................I don't understand though what that would have to do with weight gain. As far as I know (but I'm no doctor) it has nothing to do with weight gain.
