Thank you all, so very very much, for the kind words and prayers.

I see my medical doctor today and I don't think he's going to be pleased, because I've lost another four pounds since the 21st. 

You are all right in that I am going to have to work on this really hard and for a long time, but I'm going to have to get better or I surely will die.  I don't have a death-wish at all and would like to live to be 125. 

My journey to better health begins today.  Wish me luck. And once again thanks for the paryers and kind words.  Updates later.

Kelly, these are gonna sound like harsh words but you say you want to live to be 125...at the rate you are starving yourself, you won't live another year or two.. Nutritional deficientancies are painful and deadly.

I sincerely hope you get this licked...or I am afraid we will be hearing from you soon thru someone telling us you have died.

Underweight is just as unhealthy as overweight.
