For any of you that are grazers on weekends { } and want to start a bar tab early, here you go.

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
2nd B - bacon, egg, grits, V8 juice and protein coffee (30g)
S - NutThins and cream cheese
L - protein shake (30g)
S - NutThins and cream cheese
S - small bowl of Cheetos
D - brisket w/gluten free gravy, mustart greens and red taters

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3: done
iron: starting
evening batch:

none

Sounds good!  Ok, I got the message to stop eating so much rice...but that's hard for a US Southerner. :)

I'm not a saint and I had fairly big bowls, but doing protein first does help. I'm nearly 2 years out from my first op and I can't imagine my stomach stretching much more.

1/2 # peppered bacon
almonds
1 slice rye w/sliced hard boiled egg, fried ham, swiss cheese & tomato
pop chips
3 hersheys kisses
double protein coffee
macadamia nuts
ruby tuesdays for dinner
bacon blue cheese burger -maybe ate 1/4 of the roll
protein packed trip to the salad bar w/ blue cheese dressing
2 fig newtons
double protein coffee

vites:  bedtime batch pending
fluids:  70+ oz

not really.  finished what i could around 4:30.  it's ok though, once i get through the week, i am on vacation. whoot toot!

Busy, busy day and whole weekend. I'm exhausted!!!

B: bacon, protein shake
S: fried cheese (at the fair)
L: BBQ pork sandwich with only 1/2 bun
D: meatballs, mashed potatoes, salad, cookie

V: one batch left
F: ok
E: 3 hrs walking at the state fair, laundry

3 eggs poached in rich chicken/vegatable broth
1/2 cup Hemp seeds
10 McD's chicken nuggets (while running errands)
1 McDouble and 1 McD's yogurt parfait after walk in park
HUGE bowl homemade chicken noodle soup
carrot sticks and goat cheese/greek yogurt dip
1/2 slice cantaloupe
couple handfuls trail mix
yogurt with flax and chia seeds

all meds and vites
All calcium

3 16oz cups hot tea, large McD's Dt Cola. 3 large ice tea, small juice glass apple cider

walked 2 miles
hooped multiple times for approx 2 mins each time. 

Didn't do very good today, but still considerably better than yesterday on the carbs.

RNY to DS  210 lbs gone for 5 years.
