For any of you that are grazers on weekends { } and want to start a bar tab early, here you go.

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (30g)
S - small bowl of Cheetos
S - JayRobb bar
L - protein shake (30g) and a tomato sandwich on a delli flat bun

Hi Gina,
Looong but good day. 12 hr volleyball tournament. My DGD made all tournament team. She was amazing!
Needless to say, eating messed up, but it's the weekend.

B: bacon, 2 protein shakes
S: pumpkin bread
L: (late). Inside of an Italian sandwich with ham, pepperoni, salami, cheese...2 bites of grilled portabella mushroom with cheese
S: Hershey bar
D: (very late). BBQ pork on 1/2 bun

V: one batch left
F: ok
E: climbed a lot of stairs at the gym

Sounds like a great day. Congrats to your DGD! We keep telling my son that the baby is going to play basketball or volleyball. She can't even walk yet but I have super grandmommy powers and know these things. lol

Weirdly I graze less on the weekend. I guess coz I get up later, less time for eating!!


B Double sausage egg McMuffin w bacon,no muffin 40

L Chicken curry (no rice or naan) 28

E Couple of hours at shops with DH & 20 pushups on the stairs

howdy.  worked on 2013 budget for work most of the day.   ugh............i can think of many many other ways to enjoy my weekend.  using an adding machine is not one of them. 
did manage to take a break and shop for meats at the amish market.  pepper bacon...yummmm

double protein coffee
1/2 pkg turkey bacon
chili almonds (made my own - roasted in frying pan)
popcorn chips
mini carrots w/ onion dip
5 guys - bacon cheeseburger no bun w/mayo
double protein iced coffee
crockpot roast beef
beets
few bites of cheddar/bacon stuffed potato (store made -wasn't very good)
1/2" slice apple loaf cake
double protein coffee - tried using heavy cream.  nope, still can't do it.  terrible trapped gas
3 hershey's kisses

vites:  all in
fluids:  70+ oz

at farmers market:
3 poached eggs on grits with goat cheese and bunches of crumbled bacon
apple cider

at jazz event:
2 huge bowls homemade chicken soup (lots of chicken and homemade gluten free noodles)
2 handfulls of wheat thins (REALLY regretted this) with goat cheese/greek yogurt dip
1 cake dougnut (regretted this even more) and hot apple cider
several handfuls of trail mix: walnuts, almonds, cashews, cranberries, dark chocolate

at home:
apple cut up and dipped in caramel
apple cut up and dipped in Nutella
another huge bowl of chicken soup
1 slice cantaloupe
protein drink with flax and chia
1 20 oz diet cola

many many cups of hot tea with splenda and a little honey

all meds and vits except ran out of calcium

Hula hooped multiple times for about 2 minutes each (every time I stuck my tea cup in the microwave I hooped while waiting for the water to get hot.)

I had a lot of gas from the wheat I ate - not painful, but abdomen very distended and quite stinky. Plan to eat better Sunday.

RNY to DS  210 lbs gone for 5 years.
