Theses are the a few of the files I keep handy that Vitalady created for folks: The first is the full up DS plan. The second is a chewable plan if you want to go that route at first. The third link is a link to her pre-op ideas if any of our pre-ops here are interested in seeing it. The last is suggested labs with her targets on the last page.  Prices on the DS and Chewable plan haven't been updated but the plans are current.  :)

There isn't a magical multi for us, so don't waste a lot of money on these bariatric brandings.  If you must have chewable, then they're there, however, if you can swallow a pill, move on.  If you're not ready for pills and the liquid is working for you, then use it.  Trust me - there are few professionals who know how to keep a DSer healthy.  They give RNY advice, and it's just not the same.

I take regular Centrum, which I get in generic or store-brand form, and usually get a BOGO deal.  Same for zinc, B12, C and  Calcium Citrate.  I get my dry vitamins (D, A, K &E) and copper from vitalady.com.  I get these in seperate pills, for the ADEK combination pills just don't have enough of what I need, and they are more expensive than buying them seperately.
