I have a 150 cc. My surgical date 2/14/12 preop wt 206 or 207 can not remember at this moment. Naked I am 157 ish but I have been as low as 152 ish. I have not been losing wt for the last few months but I am also not doing every thing I am supposed to.. I have been more religious about taking my vit recently and I am going by what vit lady suggest.  The only one I have a problem taking is the multi vit and it has to do with the smell so I have had to change that one.  I also take an iron pill someone suggested that does not have a smell as well.  I started upping my protein shakes from one to two per day and I am adding powder medicine to make me poop.  I am considering adding olive oil to my shakes as I have read other get more out of it.  I personally only go once or twice a day and it a standard size poop nothing to big.   I also started a new wt conditioning and abd work out at work 4 days a week.  M, W wt conditioning which to me is a bit aerobic as I am so out of shape & is  45 min long.  T & Thurs is like an abd pilates work out and is 30 minutes long.  I take in enough water as I currently have started working out of the house and I am constantly drinking water which is good as I have not always been good about drinking water..  I am 5"4 and a half and I am wondering if I am done losing wt or will I continue as I have been stalled for a few months?  I am simply wondering if I should be happy with the 50 pounds I lost or can I expect more.
Thanks to all of you
Donna
PS I am drinking the champion chocolate shake which is the only one I seem to tolerate and have recently heard it not one of the ones which are suggested

Donna, I am also a lightweight...

Pre-op weight was 203 (35.2 BMI). I am 5'4". I got to 145 about 8 months after my surgery, lost about another 10 lbs and then stalled from late Sept 2011 to Feb 2012, then dropped another 5 lbs. My cc is 175.

And I am one of the lasiest around. I walk about once a day and that is all.

It may be that you are not taking in enough calories for the amount of exercise you are doing.

I seriously doubt you are done but you may be starving your body...and it's decided to hold on to what you still have.

Donna, pretty much anything I want but mostly protein. I also eat a LOT of yogurt, plain chobani flavored with honey. Plain chobani has 23 grams of protein per serving and I add my own honey or I could get their honey flavored and only get 14 grams. I prefer doing it myself. Plus I can get the larger containers at Sam's realitively cheap.

Tonight I had roast, spinach with some apple cider vinegar, and the rest of the potato planks I had oven roasted yesterday with olive oil and parm cheese. I did ONE potato, and my husband and I made two meals out of that. So probably 1/4 of a potato. I usually do not bother with a carb unless I do something like fajitas. One of those is enough for a meal.

When I roast chicken or pork, we do a veggie along with it and that's it.

You are doing awesome.  Sounds like you truly changed your eating style.  I find I have to stay away from carbs because when I do eat them there is no stopping me!  My stomach size is small when it comes to eating meat and a vegetables however it shocks me how I can get my hands on something I should not be eating and make room for that when you would think I would bust.  It best if I do not have it in the house for example pops cereal which I claimed was for my youngest has no benefit as it is basically sugar.  I appreciate your input.
Thanks

If you continue to workout as much as you are keep using the Champion. It has a few more carbs than the older blend and that may be what you heard about. You might even try adding a 3d shake as long as you aren't also increasing your food, that might help on the WL. It really sounds like you're doing everything right. Keep trying and see how it goes.

Thanks Major Mom
You give me hope.  I will be honest I do modify during the exercise class as I am out of shape and I have only been doing it a couple weeks but I am trying.  To be perfectly honest the motivating factor for exercise was not wt loss but to assist my back problems as I am not use to sitting in an office chair all day, at least when I worked at home I would stand but in the office setting it would be frond upon.................  I was told if I increase my core my back will hurt less and I am all for that!!!.  Since the classes are at my work place I think I am more motivated I do not see myself being so motivated if it required me going to the gym after work but at least I am doing it for now any way.

Don't give up.  it sounds like your whole daily routine is all shook up, which might be a really good turn of events!  You are doing what you need to do - regardless of your motivation.  It is amazing how hard it is on the body to sit in a chair all day.  It is wonderful that the exercise place is at your work place.  Good luck!

You're almost there - so I don't doubt you can finish the job.  I'm 5'5" and weigh about the same after my bounceback weight came and am happy here.  You, however, haven't experienced the bounceback yet, so you may not be as pleased when you put on 15-20 lbs, so keep on working it.
