well yesterday I got a phone call from Lora Lee , Dr. Ikromuddins nurse and she had some bad news, we needed to reschedule my surgery date to Oct. 6th instead of the 1st.  I was pretty bummed out but I guess it is only 5 more days too wait.

bacterial overgrowth? you may need another round of flagyl.

ketosis still? I would not thinks so though after 2 years out, because that usually comes with rapid weightloss.

You may want to try a different probiotic, the one you are taking may not be helping. From personal experience devrom is useless.

Are you drinking enough water? Are you eating enough? Maybe get in some healthy carbs like berries.

I cured mine by drinking more water and changing to a more powerful probiotic. The smeall was caused by the same bacteria that causes milk to sour and the probiotic wiped it out.

The best, I bought at Costco's pharmacy. It is refrigerated and expensive. After that was finished, I got Trader Joe's most concentrated brand and took one a day. When that bottle finished, I now take TJ's mid range strength. I don't get com[plainst from my most truthful critics anymore. (my kids)LOL My breath smelled of sour milk and I seem to have resolved the problem.

I had it the first 3 weeks after surgery.  I got consistent on my Probiotics and it went away.  One of the GI Dr's in the hospital told me to never go off of it with this surgery.

I buy the CVS brand that compares to Align (same ingredient) 1.5billion cultures.  It's less than $20

How are your zinc levels?  I have read that low zinc can cause affect taste and cause halitosis..something about sulfur but I don't recall exactly. Apparently there are even mouth washes that contain zinc.

According to all known laws of aviation, there is no way that a bee should be able to fly. Its wings are too small to get its fat little body off the ground. The bee, of course, flies anyway. Because bees don’t care what humans think is impossible. (Bee Movie)
