Very busy Thursday installing an art exhibit and working with tight time constraints... so didn't do very good...but did take my hula hoop and use it when forced to wait for the electrician.

3 fried eggs
2 pc thin sliced whole wheat toast with lots of butter and some jelly
3/4 dark hearshy bar
patty melt and couple bites of cole slaw
2 eggs scrambled and a side of country sausage gravy
1 container yogurt with flax seed

morning meds and vites
bedtime meds and vites

Prolly 15 total hula hooping.  Kept hula hoop up for 80 seconds... my record so far.

RNY to DS  210 lbs gone for 5 years.
