It was Plan C. Nothing in my fridge sounded good and chilli was n the cafeteria menu, but it wasn't there. The salad wasn't too bad.

Weightloss mode

B: Bacon & Tomato wrapped in lettuce with lots of mayo
L: 12 tortilla chips w/salsa, hard beef taco, chicken enchilada
S: 2 string cheese, 1/2 c. grape tomatoes
D: 12 tortilla chips, 3oz chicken, 2 TS cheese dip
S: String Cheese
S: Brussel sprouts w/lots of butter

Fluid: 100 oz
Vites: All in
Exercise: Done

Hormones are going CRAZY and hair is falling out by the handfulls. Going to the GYN on the 10th of October and going to get my hair chopped off next Wednesday.

Bites look pretty good. I worry about the amount of protein though. Good luck at your appointment and I hope you like your hair cut shorter. Shorter usually looks great especially through our thinning hair phase.

1/2 greek mixed w/ 1/2 regular cherry yogurt
leftover cream cheese chicken
few nacho chips w/ jalapeno cheese dip
1/2 " of spice  loaf cake

vites:  missed a calcium
fluids:  90+ oz

I left out a Greek yogurt. I track on myfitnesspal and I tracked 131 grams of protein for the day. I aim for 125-150 grams a day. I am out of protein shakes right now.
