Every protein shake I tried pre op and LOVED, I now HATE!!! I wasted soooooo much money! Wait till after surgery to find one you like or can keep down.

Power Crunch Bars. 6.5 years of them. They're the only "non-real-food" protein I really like. I do like the flavor of coffee/chocolate protein shakes, but I can't seem to find any whey shakes that do not give me bad gas. I did pretty well on Designer Whey for a while, but it seems to bother me now.
