You know, Danni, I also thought I had big bones...turns out I am actually a medium frame. My wrist is borderline between medium and large but my elbow proves the medium frame and is more accurate than the wrist.

One post showing the chart is here. www.obesityhelp.com/forums/rny/3554488/Small-frame-medium-fr ame-large-frame-Which-are-you/
An easy calculator is here: Wrist measurement

Lol.. I have to laugh because when I hit 159.. My family, friends and ect. Told me the same thing.. Then add the pregnancy and I got a whole lot more comments about how I will have an un- nourished baby.. Blah blah.. It all got to me for awhile I can't deny it.. But then I got over it. However my hubby did tell me my face was starting look sunk in..:( so he said he would pay for my plastics to fix my "problem areas.. And then see where we go from there.. But then that changed when I found out about baby so we will have to address that again after baby gets here.. One thing I did realize at least on my body was some of those problem areas just didn't "change" I kept losing everywhere else.. I say let it roll off your shoulders and as long  as you honestly feel and look healthy to YOU...then do whats right for you.. you know what's right :)

Thanks.. It was a bit of a surprise but we are very happy and I'm glad it happened at a year out and not sooner!

 Hi Galla,

I am so excited to see more people that had Dr. Simper.  He is my doctor and I am so excited to get my surgery done.  What did you get to eat following surgery and any advise you can give me would be so appreciated.

Thanks,
Esther

 Hi Esther,
Congrats on having the DS! Dr. Simper is great. Here is my email.. Feel free to ask any question! [email protected].. I'm not sure what you mean about eating? Right after surgery you get to sip a very very little water.. Then you get to increase the amount and then you get some instant broth. I look forward to your emails..

The checkers at my local grocery store asked if I had cancer...

I think this happens to a lot of us.  People just get used to seeing you look a certain way.  And all of a sudden you lose that one critical pound and you don't look 'right' anymore.  I just took it as a compliment.  People hate change!

This also happens when you weigh less or appear to weigh less than the person making the comment.  No one wants to be the fattest girl in the room.  And after all, that used to be your job.  Right?  People hate change!

Do what's comfortable for you.  You know what your BMI is and the number on the scale.  You know how you look and fit in clothes and you know what you look like naked too!  You decide.

My old trainer worked with WLS patients.  He always had them do the stair step machine to build up their buttisimo.

Maybe try that machine.

You look great!!!
