gahhh no! i am not going to stop losing!
So I had 3 people come up to me in the past week and tell me to stop losing. One is my mother.
I am not even to 'normal' BMI yet. I try to reassure people that I am not done losing and that I still have problem areas. It's like it goes in one ear and out the other... They keep saying I am going to look anorexic and unhealthy. They say I have 'no' problem areas...ummm well you haven't seen me naked! Let me tell ya it's not pretty hahaha I have a tummy that is flabby skin (luckily not a large amount) and very easy to hide with regular bikini panties. they havn't seen my thights or my ass... which is sagging... yes sagging! i have no ass! i need some serious TLC there, going to do squats and deadlifts asap. i should start a before and after for my ass.... i would give you all pictures of my journey but i will spare you all:) no one wants to see pancake butt....
I know I have a large frame and an hour glass figure and having more weight on me looks better but I honestly think I would look better at 150. i got a lot comments/hints that i looked to skinny...i wear i size 10 in junior jeans ... i am not under nourished. ugggg i want to wear baggy clothes to hide my body so people stop commenting at work and at home.
how did you guys reassure them you can handle it and that your body is not in dire straights, and that more weight loss is manageable???
also would love to hear how you personaly delt with it too, i like to hear everyones opinions!

I smiled and nodded and said, ok, I'm done and continued to work on getting to goal. ;)

If Gina's method doesn't work...just tell them that you and your doctor are working on this. And that you won't go any lower than your surgeon or pcp tells you too.
My surgeon said 140 (just 5 lbs below a normal BMI), my PCP is fine where I am as long as I do NOT go below minimum BMI for normal. Which for my height is 108....LONG way to go before I see that.
I also have noassatall...and what is back there looks like a sharpei (according to my dh but his does too). The advantage to no ass is being able to fit in smaller sizes. The disadvantage is nothing back there padding the bones.

My best friend is at that stage now to where when she started she weighed 245 which wasnt bad but not great. Now she weighs 177 and looks sick. Even though her doctor wants her to lose another 20 pounds she nor would anybody else feel comfortable with her at that weight. She is curvey but her head is big as **** She reminds me of Jennifer Hudson and that bull mastive head. I use to say I want to be this particular size and weight but now I'm singing a different tune of whatever I feel comfortable with. My mom says 14 (wtf mom)lol. I havent been skinny since 18 months so I wouldnt even begin to know what I would look like or if I would even like what I look like since I have so many distorted images of myself. With that being said, do with what makes you feel comfortable and tell everyone else to suck your right tit and make the left one jealous, AKA go play in traffic.

i really am just starting to feel good in my skin at this weight, i really believe 10lbs or so more:)
i am also one of those people with big heads... i fit a xxl mens helmet.... granted you can't tell when you look at me but i have a huge bone structure. i don't think i look like a bull mastiff... at least i hope i dont lol i am pretty sure no plastic surgery can cure a large head hahaha
