Hi Gina,
AWOL last night.
Decided to cancel my trip this week and go to Dallas with DH next month.

B: bacon, 2 protein shakes
S: cheese
L: 1/2 turkey and Swiss sandwich, 1/2 cookie......got sick ....first time in quite awhile
D: chicken wing and 1/2 thigh, 2 spoonfuls of mashed potatoes and gravy, 2 bites Cole slaw

V: one batch left

B#2   Egg/spinach/cottage cheese casserole, sausage patty, bacon
L        Big salad with cheese, garbanzos, etc.
S        Mixed nuts, high protein granola bar
S        Popcorn
D        Roast beef, rutabaga, one fingerling potato, carrots
S        Greek yogurt  - in just a few minutes!

I do okay on typical work days....when my surroundings are the same and I have control over what I bring for lunch, make for dinner.    I have more problems on the weekends, when I'm out and about more.    I end up making bad gluten choices, and feel bloated, crappy and poopy.

Weight Loss Mode

B: 3 sausage links, 1/2 cup egg beaters, w/ 1/4 cheese
S: Slice of pepper jack cheese, 14 almonds
L: Avacado chicken salad
S: Slice of pepper jack cheese, 10 grapes
D: Zucchini lasagna
S: small salad
S: hot dog

Fluids: 120+ oz
Vites: forgot dinner set so just took them with a snack and have to catch up on Survivor and Big Brother so I will be up for another 2 hours any way so bed time vites are to come.
Exercise: Vaccumed at homeschool co-op for 30 minutes.

1/2 pkg turkey bacon
hard boiled egg
almonds
chinese take out for lunch:
egg drop soup
kung pao chicken
1" x 4" strip of raspberry danish
macadamia nuts
double protein coffee
2 hershey's kisses
scrambled eggs w/ham
4 oven baked fries
1 slices rye toast w/butter and honey

vites: all accounted for
fluids:  90+ oz - yay me!
