V All in - I'm cutting back on the iron as I went to the full 5 a couple of days ago and now I'm a little constipated

Great Bites. I don't blame you for trying to get some relief and cutting back on the iron. Can you get some Colace? Let me send you Vitalady's constipation ritual, it might help give you some ideas.

It's not full on constipation as it's often liquid when I eventually go, so I've avoided Miralax (I can Google Colace later, am on a BlackBerry at the moment).





Yesterday did however give me my first day of stinky gas and cramps which is what my surgeon warned me of if I took iron. He's a strong believer in infusions, IDK.,





I have a consult in 2.5 weeks and will discuss. Maybe 5 iron tabs a day are too much (I only went to that a couple of days ago).

Weightloss mode: Down another .5 pound this morning
S: Hot dog (had to grab something quick, first that time the iron made me sick)
B: Oikos greek yogurt, 6 piece bacon & tomato, lettuce wrap
L: Early, Chicken & bacon Chowder
S: Broccoli & ranch
D: Zucchini lasagna
S: Salad

Vites: Still lack dinner and bed time, I need to fill my organizer
Exercise: Still sick
Fluids: 120+ oz.

Cut back on the iron and start adding capsules one every few days until you get back up to the full dose. I hope you feel better quick.

I'm not gaining, and I look fine at this weight, but I don't like how I FEEL these days, and it's because of the crap I'm eating.  So, I'm going to attempt to be more accountable.  This is me, at six plus years out, a "before trying to be more accountable day" :

3 eggs, few mushrooms, handfull of shredded cheese and chopped spinach.
4 spoons hemp hearts
small glass apple cider
10 chicken nuggets from Wendy's
1 cup cottage cheese with fresh sliced peach
2 huge bowls of extra beefy chili with shredded cheese.
2 slices cantaloupe
1 small yogurt with flax and chia seeds
6 pcs each of dark chocolate and milk chocolate with caramel.
aobut a gallon of ice tea

all vites except missed a calcium dose again

some exercites: practiced with a hula hoop for 10 minutes.

RNY to DS  210 lbs gone for 5 years.
