Hi Gina,
Busy but better day. Flying to St Louis Thurs and home Sun, last year I was panicked about eating and all the "other stuff". This year I'm just taking a few bags of protein powder just in case.
EEEK!!!! bought a size 12 slacks!!!!

B: bacon, 2 protein shakes

L: sesame crisps with cream cheese, salami

D: IDK...not hungry

I'm back from a great weekend away and lost 4 pounds while I was gone.

Weight Loss Mode
B: Protein Shake
L: 3/4 cup chicken, 6 TS mexican cheese dip, 20 chips
S: Grape tomatoes
D: 5 oz chicken
S: broccoli with ranch

Fluid: 120 oz
Vites: All in
Exercise: None,I have my first sinus infection since surgery it is headed into my chest. Yuck.

very busy day at work.  seems like i just walked in and then it was time to go home. i was the only one working a usual crew of 6 --- vacations, out sick and jewish holiday. 
it was great, no drama, and everyone did what i wanted.   rofl!!!!

double protein coffee
6 slices thick cut bacon
almonds
mini carrots
olives
1 slice rye w/4 slices turkey, roasted pepper & lots of mayo
1/2" x 2" pc of boardwalk fudge
macadamia nuts
double protein coffee
insides of a pizza steak (no bun)
fried mushrooms - breading removed

fell asleep before i could fix my protein night cap........ugh

vites:  missed bedtime batch
fluids:  70+ oz

4 lg brown free roam chicken eggs with cheese and hollandaise and hemp hearts
3 slices thick bacon
1 can tuna with cheese and handfull of fressh mushrooms dressed with some cr of mushroom soup and 1/2 and 1/2.
1 cup cottage cheese with fresh sliced peaches
4 deviled eggs
2 egg rolls
1 pork chop, green beans w ham, ear of sweet corn, cantaloupe, watermelon
big handfull choc covered peanuts
protein drink with flax and chia seeds.

Took all vites except missed one calcium

Hula hooped for 5 minutes (hey, have to start somewhere, right?)

Recently moved back to the city and I'm loving that farmers market! But I see there might be a connection between the extra fruits/veggies and the 10lb gain. :(
