V bedtime pending

I'll make to 13,000 steps by bedtime, but I'm getting a heart rate monitor as I only did the rebounding to get the steps in - a heart rate monitor will push me to work harder, in my defence the workout only just won against having a siesta, I need to more exercise in the AM on a weekend!!

The mini trampoline I did was really lame, I was just going through motions just get to 12,000 for my pedometer which why I'm getting a heart rate monitor, as I only apppear to care about what's counted. I will then increase the intensity. Admittedley I felt quite sleepy and without the pedometer I'd have had a siesta!!

I walked to the shops to pick up the kebab for dinner. I walked really fast as I didn't want to be walking alone after dark, so there was intensity with that

BTW I didn't get away with the sausages I had for lunch which had wheat in - I've pooped the night away, no accidents, but I had to get up 3 or 4 times.

McDonald's it is then

Could you explain what these are? Just looking for more protein options for myself.

Thanks so much, Terri

They're delish and below is Kirmy's recipe although I use SF vanilla syrup from Starbucks:

one large egg
a teaspoon of baking soda
two and a bit tablespoons of almond meal/flour
a massive glug of agave nectar (about 3-4 tablespoons of more if you have a violent sweet tooth like me 6....sorry)
a full cup of peanut butter
two shakes of cinnamon

Mix them together then wet you hands and roll them into balls and stick them on a cookie tray and stick it in a medium over for 10mins. Let them cool for a bit on the tray as they are quite squishy at first then cool them on a rack to harden up.

Hi Gail, I'm guessing the pedometer question is aimed at me.  I use this one www.fitbug.com it's very much aimed at the UK, but it's really doing the trick of motivating me.

I was really close to getting this one www.fitbit.com but that one's too aimed at the US according to reviews on amazon.co.uk  The fitbit looks like a really good pedometer and I liked the idea of the sleep monitor it has (you upload details from either on their respective sites).  I may go for the fitbit in the future if they iron out the glitches (people also complained it added steps for car journeys!!).

I'm glad your appointment went well and all is good. :)  I was up at my usual 4AM and had an MRI done at 7AM.  I wish I could read the CD they gave me...there's a spot right where I have a pain but I don't know if the spot is a tracking marker or the image is really showing ligament damage right there. I guess I have to wait on the doc.

I picked up a pedometer at the local CVS. I think mine was $35. I wish I could use all the programming Huneypie's has. Sounds pretty cool.
