Hi Gina,
Well another bad day.....tired of being yelled at inappropriately. Think I'm going to have to talk to the doc in charge not that'll make much difference.

L: small salad and 3 cookies....yes 3....stress

E: work plus had a 2 hr hair appointment

I walk so often I keep about 6 BandAids in my purse at all times. Hate blisters. Ouchie!

double protein coffee
6 slices thick cut bacon
almonds
1 slice rye bread w/roasted peppers, swiss cheese, 5 slices turkey breast, mayo.
mini carrots
olives
few bbq chips
fun size bag m&m's
pumpkin seeds
double protein coffee
hard boiled egg
meatballs in beef gravy
brown rice - maybe a 1/4 cup
popcorn
double protein coffee
3 hershey's kisses

fluids:  80+ oz
