Better day today...it's basically the end of the week! I'm also feeling much better all of a sudden.

lol  Good!  Turning a corner from the surgery perhaps?  When are we going to get back on the straight and narrow? I had popcorn twice today...they put bagels in the kitchen this morning with 4 kinds of cream cheese...so, popcorn.

Carbs and white flour must not affect you the way they do me. It's not a diet to lose weight but to avoid carbagedon.

i am still chicken to try part of a bagel or muffin.  just don't want the gas.  it is hilarious now to watch me cram and entire chicken breast on 1/2 or 1/4 of a roll.  some how i make it fit.  lol

double protein coffee
5 slices turkey bacon
3 slices lebanon bologna
almonds
chik-fila spicy chix sandwich on 1/4 of the roll w/mayo, lettuce, tomato
4 waffle fries
2 pieces of fudge
double protein coffee
popcorn
insides of a big mac -no roll
few fries
macadamia nuts
double protein coffee

vites:  swallowed them all
fluids:  80+ oz

You win!  I can't do that kind of volume with chicken. Come to think of it I can't do that kind of volume on anything at one sitting.  lol

L:  bacon 1,egg 1,toast 1, tomato slice 1
S:  3 slices lunch meat, 2 slices cheddar
D:  none  still not hungry

carbs 32  net
protein 40 need more might have shrimp later

Vites done except bedtime

exercites : none
Dr. Jamie Ponce de Leon - Medical guide Laurie Wolf Received money Never showed up - Only thing booked were flights.  Surgeon and Medical team, and hospital were awesome .  There is another Medical guide named Trish she is good.  PM me for info.
