What kind of cheese do you find taste bests when you make cheese crisps. I just made them for the first time the other day and they are so good

I always use freshly grated parmesean with either a spritz of pepper or dry tarragon! One of my favorite treats!

Any italian cheese, and I add granulated garlic and sometimes a bit of italian seasoning.
