Hi Gina,
Forgot to put cleaning put my closet on my Exercites yesterday. Didn't hear from the doctor's office so called,...report is on his desk but he hasn't looked at it yet.

The report will tell him if he has to go back in to restitch the area or repair the hernia, right?  Hoping for the best and easiest to fix results.

It was a crazy weekend with moving to a new apartment, but I did better than I expected.

Weight Loss Mode
B: Protein shake

L: Wendy's baconator (no bun)

Vites: All in except bed time batch

B -  left over chinese food.  s&s pork, noodles, coffee
L -  same as above
S -  again but added beef and brocolli.
no snacks yet but will add some cheesefor more protein

Vites
calciums done\

bedtime batch still to come

exercites - none

Got my first lab works done, I was low on potassium doc wants me to eat bananas everyday for a week and re test.  White blood cells are low, and doc says my liver is working too hard.  I go for my next full labworks in november. 
Dr. Jamie Ponce de Leon - Medical guide Laurie Wolf Received money Never showed up - Only thing booked were flights.  Surgeon and Medical team, and hospital were awesome .  There is another Medical guide named Trish she is good.  PM me for info.

If it were me I'd drink low sodium V8 juice and use Morton's Lite Salt instead of eating bananas. Bananas will just turned to sugar in your stomach. Google search foods high in potassium and pick the ones that are lower in carbs.

Did you get a copy of your labs for yourself so you can start a spreadsheet and start looking for trends?

Thanks major mom.  I will google high potassium foods.  unfortunately i cant stand v8 but i will find something high in potassium to replace it.  I did get a copy of my labs for keeping track.
