Lots of new names and faces!!! Hi Major mom my angel, nice to see you here.....
Argh... I had my surgery ages ago doing very well, but this month went into a spiral with addiction... Put on 10lbs and need to go back to basics etc. Had way way too much fun with the sugar, carbs etc....
Just reaching out to know I am not alone..... Any really good recipes would be great..... Need to up that protein big time after my indulgences!!

Hi Mia! Here's my favorite thing to eat lately:
Faux Cordon Bleu
On a microwaveable plate:
Place a layer of cooked chicken breast (sometimes I use WalMart's rotisserie chicken)
Add a layer of ham
Cover with a layer of Provolone cheese (I use unsmoked)
Zap till cheese melts
Pure protein!
Now, give me a word to the wise. What was your spiral addiction?
