S - I made the peanut butter bread and made a turkey and cheese sandwich and it was good!

"peanut butter" bread??? Interesting.....
PS visit: thinks I've pulled out some stitches.....most likely the plastics stitches and not the hernia repair. Ordered a CAT scan. So waiting for insurance approval and appointment. Just what I thought.....

Exercise: Should have gone when I woke u early, but I have been packing still no excuse.

Excellent variety in your Bites. Don't beat yourself up over exercise too much just moving consistantly every day is good.
