S: Saurkraut (it keeps me regular, LOL)
L: 4.4 oz Flat Iron Steak, 1/2 c greens (35 g) Also, had two small bites of my kids' pizza
S: Protein Coffee (40 g)
D: 5 hot wings (30 g) Also, had two bites of my kids' cupcakes
S: 2 hot wings 12
H2O: 100 oz
Vites: all but my bed time
Exercise: Walked 1 mile to get supper, walked 1 mile back home
Is it a no no to have those two bites from the kids' stuff to statisfy that craving as long as its only 1-2 and no more?
