EXERCITES:
moving stuff for carpet cleaners?

S:  2 pieces provolone, 1 piece deli turkey (20g)
L:  Almonds
S: Almonds (6g total)
D: Fresh and Easy popcorn chicken (9g)


Vites:
Calcium, Iron, Multi taken

Exercites:
 Stuck at my desk all day, then doctor's appointment - very little exercise

 Clutterbunny, it would depend on how far out you are to determine if you got in enough protein today, also what your protien levels were on your labs. Mine were low getting in 100-120 grams a day so I've upped it to 130-150 grams a day.

WL Mode
B: 2 oz ham lunch meat (10 g)
    7 pieces of bacon (21 g)
S: Saurkraut (it keeps me regular, LOL)
L: 4.4 oz Flat Iron Steak, 1/2 c greens (35 g) Also, had two small bites of my kids' pizza
S: Protein Coffee (40 g)
D: 5 hot wings (30 g) Also, had two bites of my kids' cupcakes
S: 2 hot wings 12

H2O: 100 oz
Vites: all but my bed time
Exercise: Walked 1 mile to get supper, walked 1 mile back home

Is it a no no to have those two bites from the kids' stuff to statisfy that craving as long as its only 1-2 and no more?

Excellent Bites!  I think it's ok to scratch a craving itch with a bite or even 2 small ones.  Just make sure you recognize and avoid a trigger food if you have issues with those.

 It seems since surgery 1 or two bites is about all I can handle of sweet things. However, let me confess Sunday I had an entire cupcake and soooo regretted it. The gas and gas pain was horrible.

I was careful. Today I have to put all the area rugs and throw rugs back. Might be a challenge.

Dr. Jamie Ponce de Leon - Medical guide Laurie Wolf Received money Never showed up - Only thing booked were flights.  Surgeon and Medical team, and hospital were awesome .  There is another Medical guide named Trish she is good.  PM me for info.

Your Bites look great but I'd feel a lot safer if you'd add a protein coffee every day. :)  When will you get your nutritional labs done?
