Another late day but good. Still having pain and I'm having to work on not letting my imagination take over.

B: bacon, 2 protein shakes

L: beef and cheese nachos with pico degaillo, avacado, extra cheese, sour cream and avacado. (yum)
S: Adkins almond cranberry bar
D: hunk of polish sausage

someone stop the world, i want to get off. 
first my email and fb accounts are hacked.  then, 2 computers crash within days of each other.  i am waiting results of recent biopsy, now dh has to have a hernia repair asap.  doc is afraid that intestine is poking out of old hernia and may be dying. oy vey.  no wonder i crave donuts.

toppings off 2 slices of pizza - only ate 1 crust

1/2 a bakery cookie
1/2 bologna/cheese samich on rye

Vites: Just got my first Vitalady shipment. I have been undersuplimenting but didn't know it til I received my 3 month lab results. Got my weekly organizer filled to start the new regimine.

Excellent Bites! :)  Remember when you start your iron to go slow. One iron capsule for the first few days and add to that over the next few weeks until you get the full 300mg dose.

Dr. Jamie Ponce de Leon - Medical guide Laurie Wolf Received money Never showed up - Only thing booked were flights.  Surgeon and Medical team, and hospital were awesome .  There is another Medical guide named Trish she is good.  PM me for info.
