had biopsy today.  kinda sore.  hurts to sit or bent over.    won't kow results for a week.
did some stress eating.  grrrrrr

double protein coffee
2 slices lebanon bologna
roasted pumpkin seeds
grilled hamburger w/swiss, mayo, tomato, pickle on 1/2 ww roll
3 circus peanuts
3 hershey's kisses
1/2 bologna samich w/mustard & american cheese o 1 slice of rye
double protein iced coffee
insides of a hoagie/sub
macadamia nuts
3 ginger cookies

vites:  waiting to down bedtime batch
fluids: little light today - maybe 60 oz

Hi Gina,
Nothing new to report.

B: bacon, 2 protein shakes
S: cheese
L: about 1/4 sandwich with turkey, provolone, bacon, avacad, lettuce, tomato on wheat bread(took half the bread off)
S: cookie
S: cheddar bites
D: rest of the leftover roast beef and veggies (late dinner)

V: one left
F: ok
E: work plus watched a volleyball match

Can I ask you ladies what range did you keep your carbs at during your losing phase?

just like major mom, i kept mine at 55 and under.  i never  counted veggie carbs or dairy carbs as part of the 55.
