How long have you been doing the JayRobb bars for?

Only just found them about 2 months ago. I like them and I've heard you can warm them in the microwave for about 15 seconds and they're good that way too.

I ask bc I've heard of ppl stalling out their weight loss on them.  I noticed you also said you felt you had been absorbing more; I would look at the bars as the possible causitive factor first.  Just a thought.  God bless.

You are probably right. If it's too good to be true...  I'll try to cut back on them. I hate being such a grazer. Thanks. :)

 I think you are doing great.   At the same time, I always advise elimination of sugars and carbohydrates eaten outside their natural form (fruits, veggies, whole grains).  Even though fructose comes from fruit, once it is extracted from the fruit to be used, it ceases to have the nutritional values of the fruit, and is converted by the liver into glucose.
I think it is necessary to refrain from buying anything that comes in a box or bag if a person wants to live their healthiest life.  JMO
