4 cups shredded mozerrella
1heaping tsp each basil and garlic powder
3eggs
Mix well
Fold parchment paper to fit cookie sheet or pizza pan.
Spray heavily with Pam (I use olive oil flavored)
Spread mixture out as thin as possible on the pan with your hands.
Bake at 450 for 15 minutes.
While cooking I sauté mushroom and sweet Italian sausage. Heat a package of pepperoni in microwave. Toppings need to be warm-hit.
Spread a couple spoonfuls of low carb marinade or spaghetti sauce on crust.
Put toppings on.
Top with mozzarella cheese
Broil till cheese starts to brown
You can use any toppings. I have added sliced black plumes, sauted onions/green peppers.
Reheats really well
