Hi Gina,
MIA yesterday....was so sick. I literally came home after work and went to bed. I'm much better today.

B: bacon, 2 protein shakes
S: salami, summer sausage, cheese, few crackers, brownie (ate over a couple of hours....snack day in clinic)
S/late lunch: salami sandwich on thin WW bun
Late D: Brok's pizza

V: one batch left

Huneypie was asking about Brok's pizza on Tuesday's or Wednesday's post. Do you have any tips for her on how to make it come out just right?

what a week and it's not even friday yet.  email was hacked.  facebook account hacked.  2 computers crashed.  trying to work on a quirky little notebook pc.  got yelled at by some irate customer for 10 mins.  biopsy scheduled for tuesday at the gyn's office.  oy vey, could things get better please???? no wonder i want donuts !!  lol
